Ford's funky new feature laden Fiesta, complete with model inspired good looks and dynamic driveability, will shake up the light car segment when it goes on sale in early 2009.

Ford's all-new FG Falcon has become the first Australian-built car to receive a five-star safety rating from the Australasian New Car Assessment Program (ANCAP).
The petrol FG Falcon sedan range was awarded the maximum five-star safety rating with a total score of 34.6 points (out of a possible 37 points), giving it the highest score

Ford dominated without doubt at Sandown in Melbourne this long weekend, taking a triple podium with Jamie Whincup at the top and Mark Winterbottom's second accelerating him to the Championship lead.
The clean sweep weekend started with Whincup taking pole on Saturday to move seamlessly through to a round win, and Ford took out three races.
